Hydraulic Platform Goods Lifts are heavy duty machines that move pallets, crates or boxes straight up and down inside factories or warehouses. Each unit lifts up to two metric tons. The frame is welded from thick mild steel plate and square tube - the frame does not bend or crack after years of daily use. A small push button station sends commands to an electric pump. The pump pushes oil into a single hydraulic cylinder plus the cylinder extends to raise the platform. When the button is released, the oil returns to the tank and the platform lowers. The travel distance is fixed at any height between five and ten meters - the lift can serve a mezzanine, a second floor or a third floor. No separate machine room is required - the pump but also oil tank sit inside the lift base. Because the power pack stays at ground level, the user does not lose floor space upstairs and does not need to cut a roof penetration. The oil column acts as a shock absorber - the ride stays smooth and the load does not bounce. The lift ships as one welded frame with guard rails on three sides. Fork pockets under the base let a forklift place the unit in minutes. After the frame is anchored, the installer connects 415 V three phase power as well as routes two flexible hoses to the cylinder. Grease nipples on the carriage bearings are the only routine service points - the oil level is checked through a sight glass. Typical uses include feeding parts to an assembly line moving finished goods to a storage loft or loading pallets onto a conveyor mezzanine. The platform width and depth can be ordered to match pallets, stillages or custom cages. Once set the lift repeats the same up-and-down cycle all day with no drift and no manual adjustment.
